Come join a growing organization! Neogen is looking to hire a Mechanical Validation Engineer who would be responsible for overseeing all equipment installations and operational qualifications for new production lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write validation plans.
  • Document results and write reports.
  • Lead and perform validations including but not limited to rooms and equipment.
  • Assure compliance with internal SOP's and external regulations.
  • Help to foster a quality environment and mindset throughout the business.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, excellent attention to detail, and process and system oriented.
  • Continuously works to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of plant wide validation efforts.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6-10 years' validation experience or experience in a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or Food Science environment specifically within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
