What You Drive at DTFS

  • Serve as Business System owner for B2C website which supports customer account access for self service and marketing related content as well as our enterprise document management system which includes electronic document storage and document creation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage system enhancement prioritization with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot system issues-assess business impact, prioritize fixes, and coordinate testing and validation.
  • Act as a consultant and platform advocate, optimizing processes and maximizing system functionality to better support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including IT, Operations, Marketing, to deliver efficient, high-value solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities


Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA and 3-5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and processes are highly valued.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience supporting customer facing website and/or enterprise document management systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of release management, user acceptance testing, data governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Commercial finance operations experience
