Kallidus Technologies, Inc. endeavors to deliver quality construction service. We provide general contracting and design/build services for Federal clients within New England, NJ, NY, PA & MD states. Currently we have a requirement of a CQC Manager on full time basis.
 
CQC System Manager, an individual within the onsite work organization who shall be responsible for overall management of CQC and have the authority to act in all CQC matters for the General Contractor. 
The CQC System Manager must be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of 5 years construction experience on construction projects or a construction person with a minimum of 10 years in construction related work.  
 Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop QC plan for government review and approval
  • Follow CQC process throughout the project
  • Review submittals
  • Perform all three phases of QC on regular basis 
  • Deficiencies should be noted for respective trades 
  • Follow up for correction of deficiencies on expedient manner
  • Plan activities in coordination with Site Superintendent
  • Enforce QC plan with an objective of positive outcome for the project
 Requirements:
  • Must have at least 10 years of construction supervision/QC experience with projects exceeding $10m
  • or Bachelors Engineering in Civil with 5 years of construction related work preferred
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • CQC knowledge a plus
