Job Title: Associate, Systems Integration & Test Engineer

Job Description:

The Systems Test Engineerย  (STE) will be responsible for performing systems engineering test tasks associated with aircraft modernization,maintenance and new aircraft systems integration and testing.

Essential Functions:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The STE should beย open work any shift necessaryย in order to run effectively and effeciently.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Performs development and execution of software quality methods and processes.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible forย tests, methods and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support the development effort required to integrate Avionics, Communications and Mission systems on multiple assigned platforms.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Tasking includes authoring of Test Procedures, and performing System Operation and Verification Tests (SOVT) for avionics, communications, including cockpit systems, special mission systems, and navigation equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Desired Technical skills include proficiency in the use of common and advanced test equipment, including test related software.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Candidate may also support future business pursuits, which include avionics systems development and integration for military applications.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Candidate must interface well with other disciplines and effectively present technical information to others which include customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, while setting and maintaining the highest ethical standard for self and others.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Candidate should understand basic electrical theory, electronics test equipmentย (digital voltmeter, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, RF power meters, network Analyzers) and their applied use in testing of RF systems and mixed signal products.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must be capable ofย reading and interpreting block diagrams, wire diagrams, and circuit schematics to isolate component malfunctions.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Travel may be up to 50% of the time and required primarily within the U.S, but may include OCONUS.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

ย  ย  ย  ย ย Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience, Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or in lieu of a degree 4 years of related experience.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must possess aย Secret Security Clearanceย and be able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must have functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to travel as required.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able toย work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.

Preferred Additional Skills:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  A&Pย and/or FCC license desired

      • Experience in Aircraft Systems Testing on Gulfstream G550 or similar plateforms.ย
