As an Implementation at Deluxe Merchant Services, the candidate will be the primary client advocate and technical bridge for the Velocity Payment System. You will drive software onboarding, support pre-sales, and manage client relationships from initial implementation through post-production. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can balance conflicting priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly between clients and internal teams to ensure a positive client deployment experience.

Coordinate and support clients during the Velocity Payment System implementation process. Key responsibilities include: project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting. Additionally, this individual may also be required to provide support to Govolution's sales organization. Sales-related activities will include RFP review and proposal generation, product demonstration; product needs analysis, as well as solution identification.


Manage client relationships during the software implementation process and post-production process.
Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation process.
Manage multiple software implementation projects on an ongoing basis.
Conduct product needs analysis for clients; identifying the best product solution to meet their business needs. Identify needs gaps and propose possible solutions.
Address all client issues that arise during the implementation process.
Provide status tracking on all implementations, communicating this information to senior management on an as-needed basis.
Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) and assist the Govolution sales organization in drafting proposals.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's in related field and 0 years of experience or HS/GED and 4 years of related
MS Office and PC-based tools
Technical aptitude to learn and use software programs
Ability to quickly understand Go volution's suite of electronic payment products
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors

Highly organized

Self-starter, enthusiastic individual that can achieve results
Excellent oral and written skills
Work well with others as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Skilled in engaging potential customers in professional dialogue
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
