Job Title: Technical HRIS Analyst
Pay Rate: $45-$50/HR
Work Model: Onsite 5 days/week, currently part-time for 20-30 hours/week
Length: Contract through November with the ability to extend into December
Benefits are available the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment. The following benefits available are medical, dental, and vistion.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a technical HRIS Analyst with Workday experience as they work through a system implementation. This individual will be responsible for all processes within Workday HCM and Workday Security. Working alongside another HRIS Analyst, this position require technical experience in certain areas of Workday to support HR processes, organization structures and data organization. Partnering with HR, IT and Payroll teams, this individual will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements and maintain data integrity.
Top Skills:
  • 3+ years of Workday experience within different modules
  • Experience with systems integration and multiple interfaces
  • Strong understanding of data integrity within a HR system

Pluses:
  • Experience in the transportation or automotive industry
  • Previous assistance in a system implementation or integration
