Job description

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to support large-scale technology rollouts across veterinary clinic environments. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, tracking implementation progress, and ensuring clinics successfully transition through onboarding and go-live activities. The ideal candidate brings prior PIMS implementation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced operational environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multi-site technology rollouts across veterinary clinic locations.
  • Manage communication and alignment between clinics, IT teams, implementation managers, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure backend IT tasks required for data migration and system readiness are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate training activities and implementation timelines with platform and operational teams.
  • Monitor and manage concurrent clinic implementations through structured rollout schedules.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Gather and document post-launch feedback to support continuous process improvement and operational refinement.

Must-Haves:
  • Prior experience managing PIMS (Practice Information Management System) implementations in the veterinary domain.
  • Background working in veterinary clinic environments (clinical, operational, or technical).
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple active implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across both technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management or workflow tracking tools, preferably Monday.com.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume rollout environments.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience managing phased rollout or multi-site deployment projects with ezyVet.
  • Ability to quickly step into active implementations with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Experience building or customizing workflows and processes within Monday.com.
  • Strong operational leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and problem resolution.
