PDMI is looking to add an Account Manager 340B to our team! This position supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of client 340B programs in alignment with PDMI's organizational goals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role plays a key part in coordinating data, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the overall efficiency of 340B operations.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new 340B account implementations by guiding Account Coordinators 340B, reviewing Implementation Forms, establishing data feeds, configuring program parameters, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure accurate setup.
  • Manage and validate client data feeds, run simulations, review results with clients, make program adjustments, and develop point-of-sale (POS) programs to support accurate eligibility, replenishment, and claims processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by providing 340B guidance, delivering training on reporting and settlement functions, and supporting manual qualifications, disqualifications, and invoicing activities.
  • Conduct go-live reviews, document client setup activities, verify HRSA eligibility-including child sites and contract pharmacies-and maintain complete and compliant client files.
  • Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot feed issues, resolve point-of-sale claim concerns with the Call Center, and ensure quality review of IT tickets and program changes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through scheduled calls, issue resolution, site visits, and ongoing program support to enhance satisfaction and performance.
  • Cross-train with peers, assist Senior Account Managers 340B and the Senior Director 340B with departmental needs, and support 340B sales initiatives as required.
  • Mentor Account Coordinators 340B by serving as a primary resource for developing their 340B knowledge, supporting interviews, and contributing to team growth.

Work & Education Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience required.
  • 2+ years prior experience in 340B required.
  • Successful completion of 340B University prior to hire or within one year of employment required.
  • Experience managing client data feeds, SFTP setups, pharmacy replenishment workflows, and system configurations required.
  • Ability to attain advanced working knowledge of PDMI's 340B platform, processes, and service model to independently support clients and ensure effective program operations required.
  • 340B ACE certification preferred.
