Job description

This person oversees and manages the Service and Implementation team for Treasury Management, which has a primary focus of supporting the sales team, onboarding treasury management services, and servicing our commercial clients. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, clients, product management, and back-office operations, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing management of treasury management services. Strong leadership skills, deep product knowledge, and a client-first mindset to enhance the overall client experience are required.

Products Serviced: Account Analysis; ACH; Business On-Line Banking; Positive Pay; Lockbox; Bill Pay; Reich & Tang DDM; Remote Deposit Capture (mobile and desktop); Wire; ICS; CDARS, Cash Vault Services

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation from her team members.
  • Work closely with front-office sales relationship managers to onboard new clients and enhance existing relationships.
  • Create and update middle office policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between client, team, and product management.
  • Educate team on cash management products, systems, and best practices.

Process Improvement

  • Serve as the point person on all procedures and projects related to Cash Management Service and Implementation.
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, IT, Compliance, and Risk) to ensure seamless execution of cash management services.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices related to cash management operations.
  • Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Monitor and report key operational metrics, ensuring timely escalation of issues as needed.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of Service and Implementation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team is well-versed in cash management products and processes.
  • Drive collaboration across all areas of cash management and other bank departments to enhance cross-functional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Be a team player for other colleagues and partners within the Bank.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree preferred
  • Prior experience with direct customer contact, problem solving, and customer resolution.
  • 5+ years cash management experience and knowledge of Cash Management services.
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and onboard internal customer referrals
  • Ability to make in-person, site visits to customer locations

Compensation: A goodfaith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000 per year and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
