Job Description
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong Sabre GDS expertise to lead and support the migration from Travelport to Sabre. This role requires hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and administrative experience within Sabre, along with a deep understanding of air booking workflows and ticketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the GDS migration from Travelport to Sabre.
  • Configure and manage Sabre PCCs, user access, queues, and printer setups.
  • Assist with migration or recreation of PNRs and templates.
  • Provide expertise in air bookings, refunds, exchanges, and ticketing processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support testing activities during and after migration.
  • Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions for internal teams post-migration.
  • Collaborate with OTA teams to ensure smooth operational transition.

Required Skills
  • 3-5+ years of Sabre administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PCCs, IATA/ARC ticketing setup, PNR lifecycle, queues, and agency workflow.
  • Hands-on experience with air booking processes and PNR servicing.
  • Expertise with Sabre Red 360, Sabre Desktop, IUR, and Sabre administration tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills
  • Experience with Agentforce (preferred).
  • Background in Online Travel Agency (OTA) environment.
