Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
OTA is seeking System Administrators to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.  Our System Administrators will manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices.  If you're looking for a challenging mission with a company that cares about your success, then this could be the right position for you.   
Responsibilities 
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation)
  • Provide support for identification, diagnosis and resolution of IT problems
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Implement systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
  • Provide feedback to agency management and internal customers 
Qualifications 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Current Full Scope Polygraph
  • 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or
  • 5 additional years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
