Salary Range: **$100,000 to $130,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

Overview: Join our team as a System Administrator and become the backbone of our technology operations. In this role, you'll support the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical IT systems that keep our mission running. You'll manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, user environments, and enterprise applications, ensuring everything stays secure, stable, and highperforming. From daily monitoring and issue resolution to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, you'll be the goto expert who keeps systems healthy and users productive. You'll work handson with both Windows and UNIX environments, install and configure operating systems, finetune system performance, and implement improvements that enhance reliability across the organization. Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Qualifications

Required Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
    • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
