System Administrator IIIย needed!Group:ย  ย Remote Operations, Tier 2 teamย ย 

Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph.ย 
Hours:
Sat-Wed, 10pm to 6am
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ— Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
โ— May provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.ย 
โ— Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.ย 
โ— Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.ย 
โ— Identify, investigate resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.ย 
Mandatory Skills:ย ย 
โ—*** IAT Level 1 Certified:
โ—Hardware experience
โ—Remote Assistance experience
โ—Remote desktop experience.ย 
Experience:
HS or GED and 20 yrs
OR
BS and 15 yrs

Approximate salary range: $107,000-$118,00
