Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Sharepoint System Administrator to support a major national laboratory. 

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and repair physical and virtual server systems.
  • Resolve technical issues affecting hardware, operating systems, or applications.
  • Apply operating system or application patches, install or replace hardware, and implement configuration changes to improve or restore system performance.
  • Perform system capacity analysis and planning.
  • Assist users in accessing and using business systems.
  • Develop instructions and procedures for system maintenance, create scripts to automate monitoring and repair tasks, and conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with customers, subject matter experts, and architects to analyze, evaluate, and optimize systems.
  • Contribute to process development and system improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • BS in relevant discipline plus minimum 2 years or more years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job.
  • Must have an Active DOE Security Clearance
  • Must be US Citizen
