Job Title: Network & Infrastructure Systems Administrator
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Network & Infrastructure Systems Administrator to support the daily operations and long-term stability of our regional enterprise network. In this role, you will work alongside senior IT leadership to design, implement, and maintain a robust infrastructure spanning LAN/WAN, WiFi, and Data Center environments. You will be a key contributor to maintaining secure, high-uptime communications across all business units, handling everything from hardware hardening and patches to voice service integrations and virtualization support.
Key Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Oversight: Assist in the design and ongoing maintenance of LAN, WAN, and WiFi systems. Oversee the daily operations of data center environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Network & Voice Services: Administer and troubleshoot voice protocols (SIP, H.323), VoIP systems, and integrated communication platforms. Manage PBX hardware and remote access solutions to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Security & Compliance: Assist with operating system hardening and the deployment of security patches for all network components. Help ensure site-wide compliance with internal security policies and industry regulatory standards.
• Technical Operations: Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting network and storage equipment issues. Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours maintenance and urgent infrastructure interventions.
• Systems Administration: Support virtualization, Active Directory management, and enterprise backup/storage solutions to ensure data integrity and system availability.
• Project Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of capacity upgrades and infrastructure expansions. Create and maintain detailed topology diagrams and technical documentation for all system changes.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure technical support aligns with evolving business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in network or systems administration.
• Networking Mastery:

• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Systems & Voice Expertise:
• Skilled in Active Directory, Virtualization, and Compute/Storage/Backup environments.
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, and enterprise-grade voice services.
• Operational Skills:
• Ability to implement and troubleshoot complex server and network infrastructure.
• Competency in creating professional network topology diagrams and technical runbooks.
