Who You Are 

You are a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy. You thrive in a collaborative clinical environment and value building meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader care team. You bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide individualized treatment based on each patient’s unique needs. What You’ll Do 

This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychotherapy services, maintaining clinical excellence, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. 

  • Clinical Assessment and Treatment Planning: Complete clinical assessments, identify patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient goals, clinical presentation, and treatment outcomes. 
  • Clinical Documentation and Compliance: Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation while ensuring adherence to HIPAA requirements, professional standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory guidelines. 
  • Collaborative Care Coordination: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric providers, clinical staff, and multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated care, continuity of treatment, and improved patient outcomes. 
  • Evidence-Based Therapeutic Practices: Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other clinically appropriate interventions to support patient mental health goals. 
  • Patient Engagement and Therapeutic Support: Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients by providing compassionate, patient-centered care, emotional support, clinical guidance, and a safe environment for individuals navigating mental health challenges. 
  • Professional Development and Team Participation: Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, training opportunities, and organizational initiatives that support continued learning, collaboration, and clinical excellence. 
  • Psychotherapy Services: Provide individual psychotherapy services to adult patients experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and life transitions through in-person and/or telehealth appointments. 
  • Quality Improvement and Organizational Support: Contribute to the continued growth and improvement of behavioral health services by providing clinical feedback, supporting workflow enhancements, and promoting a culture focused on quality care and patient experience. 
  • Regulatory and Ethical Standards: Maintain compliance with applicable licensing requirements, ethical guidelines, clinical best practices, and organizational expectations while delivering professional, responsible, and ethical mental health services. 
  • Other Duties as Assigned 


What You’ll Bring 

  • Active and unrestricted Florida LCSW or LMHC license required  
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field  
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services preferred  
  • Experience working with adult behavioral health populations preferred  
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and clinical treatment practices  
  • Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation  
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills  
  • Ability to manage a clinical caseload while maintaining high-quality patient care  
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred  
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care  
  • Experience in psychiatry, interventional psychiatry, or clinical research environments is a plus
