Job description

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a detail-oriented National Partnership Account Representative to manage the day-to-day operations and tactical execution of our national partnership programs. Serving as the primary point of contact for our franchise network, you will handle the essential mechanics of these partnerships, including facilitating credentialing, ensuring compliance, conducting service area audits, and managing rate reviews. As a subject matter expert, you will provide direct operational guidance and training to help franchisees navigate and maximize program participation. This role is ideal for an organized professional dedicated to streamlining workflows, managing the ticketing system, and ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing administration of our national partnership programs.

The National Partnership Account Representative role can be remote-based anywhere in the U.S. and operates as part of a franchise support team located in the Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with identifying, developing, implementing, and managing relationships with prospective and existing national partners to drive strategic growth and franchise partner engagement.

  • Facilitate national partner credentialing processes by providing comprehensive education and support to franchise partners, activation/deactivation management, service area audits/updates, national partner compliance, etc

  • Provide subject matter expertise on payor sources—including the VA, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, workers’ comp, and the GUIDE Model—to provide guidance and support to both franchisees and internal stakeholders

  • Responsible for tracking franchise partner engagement with national partners, conducting national partner service area/zip code audits, facilitating franchise partner annual rate reviews, managing franchise partner rate increase requests, etc.

  • Assist with managing the department ticketing system and refinement of workflows and processes, including discovery, implementation, and refinement of automated workflows that streamline departmental operations.

  • Deliver operational training and support to franchise partners regarding national partnership programs, including guidance on payor sources like the VA and GUIDE Model, to help maximize program participation and revenue.

  • Manage and fulfill requests from national partners to expand their networks by identifying qualified franchise locations and coordinating outreach in target markets.

  • Attend scheduled virtual and in-person meetings, SYNERGY HomeCare University training, and our Annual Franchise Meeting.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have healthcare experience, with expertise in third-party payor sources preferred.

  • Knowledge of relevant home care regulations and compliance requirements preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a track record of building effective business relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to remain highly organized and self-directed, with a rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to efficient task management.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management, partnership development, or business development within the homecare or healthcare industry.

  • Franchising experience is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
