The Position
In alignment with our core corporate purpose-"Doing now what patients need next"-the Solution Architect provides strategic technical leadership and architectural governance to optimize our global supply chain and logistics systems. This critical role acts as the primary conduit between complex operational requirements and enterprise digital ecosystems, ensuring our warehouse management, material tracking, and cold-chain infrastructure remain scalable, resilient, and fully compliant.
The Opportunity
This position champions an integrated, system-wide approach focused on three core imperatives:
  • Architectural Blueprinting: Design and govern the end-to-end technical architecture for warehouse operations, integrating ERP, WMS, and automated data monitoring tools.
  • Operational Integrity: Ensure all technical platforms satisfy regulatory compliance boundaries while safeguarding the continuity of supply.
  • Digital Transformation: Catalyze the modernization of legacy supply chain systems, introducing advanced automation, predictive data models, and unified communication matrices across local and external partner networks.

What You Do
  • Formulate and articulate a compelling, long-term technical vision for our supply chain infrastructure, ensuring software systems scale seamlessly with product portfolio growth.
  • Actively monitor and anticipate shifts in enterprise cloud capabilities, digital compliance requirements, and IoT tracking frameworks to engineer future-proof architectures.
  • Author comprehensive architectural blueprints that seamlessly unify operational warehouse management systems (Exacta, Syncro, SAP) with global material planning frameworks (ERP / SAP), optimizing data synchronization and transaction velocity
  • Partner with the Data Insights team to design well structured and real-time metric dashboards, enabling automated reporting.
  • Act as an enterprise technical advisor to cross-functional teams, translating complex architectural choices into practical, operational realities for business stakeholders.
  • Influence internal development teams and third-party vendors to adhere to rigid architectural standards, prioritizing continuous system refinement and robust cyber-security posture.
  • Serve as the core technical connector bridging Warehouse Operations, Quality Assurance, Global Logistics, and Corporate IT networks to eliminate digital friction.
  • Lead the technical risk mitigation strategies required during the deployment of automated high-density storage platforms, cloud migrations, or shifting network structures.
  • Design and maintain scalable system architectures that integrate core warehouse operations with peripheral data layers, emphasizing system uptime, data redundancy, and robust API frameworks.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with enterprise software vendors and external integrators, ensuring deliverables satisfy rigorous service level agreements (SLAs).

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise solution architecture and/or data engineering with documented success designing integrations for ERP (e.g., SAP) and modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within high-density logistics networks.

Preferred Technical Credentials & Skills
  • Architectural Frameworks: Certified in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent enterprise-scale frameworks.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Advanced, demonstrable command of automated inventory modeling, picking-and-packing algorithmic logic, and lot/serial number control tracking.
