Responsibilities Perform traffic impact studies and capacity analyses for intersections corridors and roadway networks Analyze traffic operations using tools such as Synchro HCS VISSIM or similar software Develop and review traffic signal timing plans phasing diagrams and traffic signal design plans Conduct multimodal analyses for vehicles pedestrian bicyclists and transit Prepare technical reports exhibits and design documentation Youll thrive here if you have A 4 year degree in civil engineering 3 years of experience Ability to obtain PTOE PE preferred but not required Ability to write
