Job description

This isn't a background IT role. You'll be architecting and owning cloud environments - Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Parallels RAS - across a complex multi-tenant MSP ecosystem. You're a technical leader, a problem-solver, and a mentor who takes pride in building infrastructure that just works.

What you'll do

ย ย  Architect, deploy, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix Gateway environments

ย ย  Build and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 environments - FSLogix, image management, session host deployment

ย ย  Own Tier 3 escalation for complex cloud infrastructure issues - you're the last line of defense

ย ย  Drive cloud migrations in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders

ย ย  Serve as the subject matter expert on cloud and VDI - advising clients with strategic, forward-thinking recommendations

ย ย  Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security hardening across all hosted environments

ย ย  Mentor junior engineers and elevate the technical knowledge of the entire team

ย ย  Stay ahead of the curve on emerging cloud trends and bring recommendations to the table

Requirements

ย ย  5+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in cloud infrastructure and virtual desktop technologies

ย ย  Deep, hands-on expertise in Citrix, Parallels RAS, and Microsoft cloud desktop platforms

ย ย  Fluency in networking fundamentals, Active Directory, GPOs, and Windows Server

ย ย  Experience managing multi-tenant or multi-client cloud environments (MSP experience is a plus)

ย ย  Strong documentation habits and proficiency with ticketing systems (Syncro experience a bonus)
