Architectural Project Manager

Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail development projects. This role will oversee permitting, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This position will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

What you can expect

  • You will manage permitting submissions and approvals, including tracking and coordination with authorities
  • You will conduct mall and jurisdictional due diligence to determine project requirements and approval processes
  • You will review architectural and MEP drawings for compliance with company, landlord, and local standards
  • You will coordinate site surveys, including scheduling consultants and distributing documentation
  • You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and landlords across the project lifecycle
  • You will track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation
  • You will identify risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain timelines
  • You will support construction and store development teams with technical review and coordination

  • You have strong knowledge of construction documentation, and MEP systems
