Job description

Russell Pool Service is seeking out qualified Pool Technicians 

Qualifications:
-Must be 21 or older
-High School Diploma or equivalent 
-One year of experience in general swimming pool maintenance, including the handling of chemicals, preferred but not required
-Must pass background and drug test
-Good people skills and customer service
-Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor, handle, and install all chemicals for swimming pools
-Gain knowledge of proper cleaning methods and techniques and use of swimming pool chemicals
-Quickly learn the necessary procedures and methods used to maintain swimming pools in good working order
-Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with supervisor, clients, and other employees
-Drive vehicle safely and in accordance with traffic laws
-Work in an outdoor environment subject to changing conditions and temperatures.

The company has a staff of 15 and each has vast knowledge and experience with pool construction. Pool construction is a science, especially with Louisiana's unique environment, which includes year-round rainfall, high humidity and shifting soil. In addition to pool construction, Russell Pool Company also offers service, service contracts, and retail items including deck furnishings.
