As an Field Sales Engineer (Instrumentation),you will become part of the Nordics Global Sales team, with immediate responsibilities forNorway and Central Sweden, based in Porsgrunn or in one of our other offices in Bergen, Stavanger or Oslo.

This role is essential for primarily developing, as well as maintaining and improving direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined "Go to Market" philosophy for the Chemical, Pulp and Paper industries, and other land based sectors across Norway and central Sweden. By engaging with our customers, you will work towards delivering the company's ambitious growth targets. The focus is on selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by theMeasurement Solutions Business Unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Promoting products and services across the assigned sales area
  • Visiting key accounts and prospects to assess potential and strengthen relationships
  • Understanding customer drivers and staying current with their business needs
  • Preparing annual booking budgets by product, value and period
  • Submitting call plans, analyses and reports with timely accuracy
  • Reporting sales plans and project potential through CRM updates
  • Liaising with internal teams to prioritize quotations and maintain service levels
  • Participating in relevant industry events

  • CRM & MS Office tools
  • Proficiency inEnglish and Norwegian language
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the timein the country and regionally
  • Driver’s license
