We are looking for Moving Crew Supervisors and Drivers that want to join a moving company that goes above and beyond in all ways! Our ideal candidate would need to be open to improvements, versatile, and interested in growing into the best version of themselves they can be.

As a Supervisor, you will lead the crews ensuring each team is maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Also, Supervisors are responsible for driving the truck to the moving locations.

Requirements
  • Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving
  • Must have experience driving box trucks.

What you'll do
  • Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.
  • Physical Labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and note ant changes for billing adjustments.
  • Communicate directly with the customer on-site.
  • Document job progress in real-time via company software.
  • Responsible for driving box trucks, and maintaining trucks and safety procedures.

Expectations:
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager.
  • Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure.
  • Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times.
