Day Porter / Commercial Cleaner


West Greenville, SC
Part-Time | Monday-Friday
15-17 Hours Per Week
Starting at $18/hour after training


Swamp Rabbit Cleaning Co. is seeking one dependable, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Porter at a luxury multi-family community in West Greenville.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and can stay focused without constant supervision.

Consistency is extremely important in this role. The property runs best when tasks are completed regularly and proactively rather than waiting until things become overwhelming.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Must be available to start as early as 8:00 AM
  • Approximately 15-17 hours per week
  • Additional hours may be available by combining this position with other cleaning assignments

Responsibilities

Daily and weekly tasks may include:

  • Emptying trash and replacing liners
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas
  • Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms
  • Wiping down counters, furniture, and high-touch surfaces
  • Cleaning glass doors and removing fingerprints
  • Dusting furniture, railings, fixtures, windowsills, and ledges
  • Maintaining elevators and common spaces
  • Keeping outdoor areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Restocking paper products and other consumables
  • Identifying areas that need attention before residents notice them
