As a Full Time Professional Mover at Swamp Rabbit Moving:

Qualifications
  • Experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required
  • Great attitude!
  • Customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to follow all policies and procedures to the fullest extent
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently move furniture, boxes, and other items from one location to another
  • Load and unload trucks or vans using proper lifting techniques
  • Secure items in the truck to prevent damage during transportation
  • Follow specific instructions for each move, including packing and unpacking items
  • Use equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and straps to assist with moving heavy items
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth moving process
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each move

**Open interviews are held Mon-Thurs - 9am-2pm every week. These interviews are not scheduled which means you can just show up between those times and let us know you're here for an open interview!
