Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Produces Swamp baked goods including: baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards
  • Can scoop, portion, and roll assorted baked goods for prolonged periods of time
  • Follows daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique recipes
  • Mixes, rolls, proofs, and sheets dough using industry standard equipment
  • Follows proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time
  • Sorts, assembles, and packs baked goods for store sales, caterings, market and wholesale orders
  • Preps and chops fruits and vegetables for various recipes

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?
AGE/AVAILABILITY
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available for weekend and between the hours of 4am-4pm

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous baking and/or mass production a plus
  • Must be comfortable with repetitive motions
  • Must be able to work in an often hot or cold environment
  • Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it.
  • Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
  • Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships.
  • Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
