Opportunity Information
Sutter West Bay Medical Group has an opportunity for an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a premier, innovative, and rapidly growing team at California Pacific Medical Center.
Our hospitalists provide full-scope obstetric care for the community, supported by a Level 3+ NICU with in-house neonatology, anesthesiology, and maternal-fetal medicine. You will partner closely with our SWBMG generalists and midwives in a collaborative, team-based model of care.
SWBMG combines the feel of a community-based private practice with the resources and stability of a large, multispecialty organization-along with exceptional work-life balance in one of the most desirable regions in the country.
Schedule & Flexibility
This is a per diem opportunity designed for physicians who value flexibility. We offer a mix of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, with scheduling aligned to program needs and your availability.
  • Per diem coverage model with flexibility as a priority

  • Collaborative team support on shift (in-house neonatology, anesthesia, MFM, and midwifery)
