Job description

EPS Corporation is Looking for a Program Manager to support the Biometric Procurement and Sustainment. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, acquisition, deployment, lifecycle sustainment, and operational support of biometric systems and related technologies. This role manages cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, logistics, budgeting, and customer engagement to ensure mission readiness and successful program execution in support of government and defense operations.

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between customers, subcontractors, internal leadership, and operational stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, acquisition regulations, and security standards. This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed ContractResponsibilities Lead end-to-end management of biometric procurement and sustainment programs supporting federal, DoD customers Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk mitigation activities. Coordinate procurement activities for biometric hardware, software, peripherals, licensing, and support services.

Oversee lifecycle sustainment including maintenance, repairs, replacements, field support, inventory management, and technology refresh initiatives. Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program plans, status reports, and customer deliverables. Serve as the primary customer liaison for contract execution, issue resolution, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, cybersecurity policies, and government regulations. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and OEM relationships to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness. Support proposal development, staffing plans, and transition activities for new task orders and contract modifications.

Coordinate fielding activities, training support, and deployment schedules across multiple operational sites. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and sustainment metrics to drive continuous process improvement and mission effectiveness. Prepare and present executive-level briefings to internal leadership and government stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, logistics, finance, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure integrated program execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field. 8+ years of program management experience supporting government or defense programs.

Experience managing biometric systems, identity management technologies, or related technical programs. Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract management, and sustainment operations. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and reporting systems.

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience supporting DoD, DHS, or federal law enforcement agencies.

Familiarity with biometric modalities including fingerprint, facial recognition, iris, and multi-modal systems. Experience with logistics, supply chain management, and field sustainment operations. Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and secure system deployment.
