  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and emerging RF, cellular, Wi-SUN, carrier, antenna, IoT, and AMI network technology trends to help drive innovation and continuous product improvement.
  • Demonstrate agility in adapting to changing business needs, market conditions, and customer requirements while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to organize information, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn complex hardware, communications, and utility network products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Services, and other internal stakeholders.
