Suspension Engineer

Design and develop suspension layouts (front and rear) using NX. Build and analyze kinematic models to evaluate suspension travel, motion ratios, roll center, camber gain, bump steer, and other performance parameters. Work with large mechanical assemblies, ensuring accurate integration of suspension components with chassis and body systems. Support the creation of a standardized suspension development process tailored for customer, including documentation, workflows, and CAD guidelines. Collaborate with vehicle dynamics, testing, and product engineering teams to meet targeted ride, handling, and durability performance. Generate CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and reports as part of the development cycle.
