A surrogate mother carries and gives birth to a baby on behalf of another individual or couple who cannot conceive or carry a pregnancy themselves. To thrive as a Surrogate Mother, you need excellent physical health, a stable lifestyle, and typically must meet specific medical and psychological screening criteria. The process involves working with fertility clinics, adhering to prescribed medical protocols, and undergoing regular health assessments. Compassion, emotional resilience, and clear communication are essential soft skills for successful collaboration with intended parents and healthcare providers. These qualities ensure a healthy and positive experience for all parties involved throughout the surrogacy journey.
As a Surrogate Mother, you will receive comprehensive support including medical care from fertility specialists, regular check-ins with experienced counselors, and guidance from agency coordinators or legal advisors. Many agencies also offer support groups and connect you with other surrogates, helping you share experiences and receive emotional encouragement. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure you are comfortable and informed throughout each stage of the process. This support structure helps address any challenges you may encounter and ensures your well-being is prioritized at all times.

Primary Purpose: To form students academically, emotionally, and spiritually while instilling a love for others, for God, and for their Catholic faith.
Essential Functions:
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required or Preferred:
• A valid and current Substitute Teacher license or authorization
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and instruct students of all ages
• General knowledge of several subjects
• Ability to adapt plans to specific classrooms
• Flexibility and critical-thinking skills
• Patience

Duties may require travel and attendance at evening and/or weekend meetings.
