Job description

PT Customer Lead

  1. Has a sense of urgency for all Customer Service functions/tasks/roles (example: Service Desk Functions)

  2. Unload customer's groceries from their cart to the belt -Unload items for ease of bagging such as cold items.  You should offer this to all customers and if they decline ensure you ask them again just to be sure.  Engage with them.

  3. Obtain items from the Kiosk/Storage area for Customers (Formula, Cigarettes, other)  

  4. Assist the Front End from a During Transaction to the Customers final trip to their car  

  5. Smiles and provides prompt, friendly, bagging service.

  6. Engages and interacts with customers to create a positive shopping experience.

  7. Proper bagging skills (Reference Bagging Training Aid)

  8. Considers the transportation needs of the product, the convenience for the customer from the Register to the Pantry while bagging and also delivering to the Customer.

  9. Checks prices quickly and accurately

  10. Retrieves shopping carts from parking lot & Cart Corrals

  11. Checks the bottom of each cart and baby seat for items for Customer and Sales Associate

  12. Take Customers order to their car.  Ensure you offer this to the customer and offer more than once if they decline.

  13. Maintains alertness at all times in the store.   

  14. Is aware of and helpful to customers, providing directions to items when asked.

  15. Follows all guidelines, standard practices for the role of the Sales Associate.

  16. Manages Marketing Kiosk (Paper, etc.)
