We are looking for smiling , outgoing, friendly and high energy individuals!

Attendance and Punctuality is a must! Must be able to retrieve carts in any weather, lift 50lbs, and stand 100% of the day.

We need anytime availability-

Meaning you must be available any time of day between 7 AM and 11 PM, weekends, holidays etc...

Functions of a Customer Leadย 

a. Coach cashiers

b. Unload Groceries to Belt

c. Bagging Groceries

d. Assists with groceries to the car

e. Perform Voids, refunds, overrides

f. Issue Rain-checks

g. Assist customers at MVP kiosk (when needed)

h. Assist with Alpha Keepers

i. Maintain Re-shop Baskets, (ensure groceries are returned in a timely manner to maintain cold chain)

j. Fill Cigarette Drawers as needed, where applicable

k. Monitors "Spot cleaning" or "Touch Up" cleaning in customer seating areas where applicable

l. Assist as FLTGO Runner when needed

ย Responsibilities

a. Has a sense of urgency for all Customer Service functions/tasks/roles

b. Moves fluidly between all lanes to assist customers - this includes Belted Scan and Bag and Mini EAB

c. Unload customer's groceries from their cart to the belt on both Belted Scan and Bag and Mini EAB lanes While unloading the items from the shopping cart, unload items that you want to be scanned and bagged together to make it easier for the Sales Associate to scan the items and for items to be properly bagged (example: All cold, all produce, all canned, etc.)

d. Assist with bagging at Mini EAB lanes and ensure items are loaded back into the cart for the customer

e. Obtain items from the Kiosk/Storage area for Customers (Formula, Cigarettes, other)

f. Assist the Front End from a "During Transaction" to the Customer's final trip to their car

g. Smile and provides prompt & friendly bagging service.

h. Engage and interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience.

i. Display proper bagging skills

j. Considers the transportation needs of the product while bagging. Consider the convenience for the customer from Register to Pantry, and also for transportation to the customer's home.

k. Check prices quickly and accurately

l. Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot & Cart Corrals

m. Check the bottom of each cart and baby seat for items

n. Take Customers order to their car. Ensure you offer this to the customer and offer more than once if they decline.

o. Maintains alertness at all times in the store.

p. Is aware of and helpful to customers, providing directions to items when asked.

q. Follows all guidelines, standard practices for the role of the Sales Associate.
