Job description

You're the first voice a curious woman hears when she's thinking about becoming a surrogate. Your job is to help her figure out if this is right for her, and if it is, to walk her through the door.
About the role
Family Inceptions is hiring an Intake Coordinator, the front door for incoming surrogate leads. You'll screen, qualify, and guide candidates through application, plus source new candidates through outreach and social.
What You'll Do
  • Run consultative screening calls with every inbound surrogate lead.
  • Guide candidates from inquiry through application completion.
  • Source candidates through outreach and on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Own the full onboarding process from first contact through handoff, including gathering records and scheduling the psychological evaluation, home visit, and background check.
  • Hand qualified candidates off to the Journey Management team.
