Job description

Job Title: Coastal Operations Technician

Specific Responsibilities
The Coastal Operations Technician position with Apache Louisiana Minerals LLC Surface Management Operations is responsible for performing a wide range of field-based activities associated with the inspection, maintenance, monitoring, and stewardship of company-owned coastal properties. This role supports daily operations through waterway patrol, construction and development inspections, property boundary monitoring, survey support, camp maintenance, and operation of water control structures.
The Coastal Operations Technician will work extensively in remote coastal environments and is expected to safely operate various vehicles, boats, equipment, and tools while maintaining company assets and supporting environmental and operational objectives.
  • Conduct routine waterway and boundary patrols across company properties.
  • Inspect construction and development activities occurring on Apache-managed lands.
  • Assist survey crews with field survey operations and property identification.
  • Perform camp lease inventory inspections and maintain related records.
  • Operate and maintain water control structures and related infrastructure.
  • Conduct inspections of surface leases and report operational or environmental concerns.
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, camps, buildings, and grounds.
  • Serve as caretaker for Apache camps and associated facilities.
  • Perform lawn care, vegetation management, and basic property maintenance.
  • Safely operate and maintain boats, vehicles, generators, tractors, and power tools.
  • Support environmental stewardship and protection of coastal ecosystems.
  • Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
