Job description

We are seeking a person for Front Office, Surgery Scheduling and, on occasion, assist Back Office staff to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Appointments, answer telephones, check-In patients, perform routine administrative responsibilities
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing verification and procedures
  • Escort patients to exam rooms 
  • Schedule Surgeries for solo practice doctor

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or other qualified certification
  • Previous experience in Medical Office, preferably OB/GYN
  • Familiarity with medical insurance verification
  • Schedule Surgery
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
