Job description

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a dynamic individual to assist our Surgery Manager in managing one mobile surgery team and its 6 rotating locations across the Phoenix metro area!
Please Note:
**This position requires working every other Saturday**
**Spanish language skills required**

Wisdom Teeth Guys is a premier provider of wisdom teeth removal in several markets. Check out are thousands of 5 star reviews! You will work with several talented local dentists and oral surgeons.
We operate 3-4 surgery days per week in the Phoenix metro area. We rotate surgery days amongst the locations. The days each week are usually Tues-Fri and every other Saturday. Non-surgical days you will work from our executive office or remotely.
Office locations we will rotate around are Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Central Phoenix and Tucson (2 days a month). See our Phoenix location map at: Wisdom Teeth Guys Phoenix Locations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist our Surgery Manger in all day to day operations of surgery days.
  • Helping to prepare patient charts for surgery day.
  • Help manage a team of 4 oral surgery assistants.
  • Calling patients/parents prior to surgery day and conducting pre-op calls.
  • Posting patients' treatments to the ledger.
  • Taking payments & greeting patients.
  • Support management in instrument & supply orders.
  • Help manage hand pieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.
  • Make sure things run smoothly from front to back.

Great people skills are required. Oral surgery experience (Ideally both front office and back office) and a passion for the dental industry is required.
This is probably unlike any other oral surgery or dental job you may have ever had. If you are ready and capable of taking on a lot of responsibility, not afraid of long hours and enjoy a challenge this might be the right position for you.
