We are currently seeking a Product Support Logistician to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience.
Hybrid Work Disclaimer: This position may allow for hybrid work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.
Duties:
  • Assist with logistics and product support planning for P-8 systems, equipment, components, and support items.
  • Support tracking, coordination, and documentation of material, parts, repairs, and sustainment actions.
  • Help maintain logistics records, spreadsheets, databases, reports, and program documentation.
  • Assist with the development and review of logistics documentation, including support plans, status reports, inventory records, and technical data updates.
  • Coordinate with engineers, logisticians, program personnel, supply support teams, and government customers to support program execution.
  • Support configuration, inventory, and asset tracking activities.
  • Assist with researching parts, obsolescence concerns, supply availability, and supportability issues.
  • Help prepare inputs for meetings, briefings, action item tracking, and program reviews.
  • Support Integrated Product Support activities, including supply support, maintenance planning, technical data, support equipment, training, and packaging, handling, storage, and transportation.
  • Assist with monitoring schedules, deliverables, and program milestones.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support related to logistics and sustainment tasking.

Desired Education:
  • High School/vocational school degree or GED certificate

Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, product support, supply support, aviation maintenance, DoD support, or a related field.
  • Ability to track multiple tasks, actions, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DoD, Navy, NAVAIR, or aviation-related programs.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, or technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Product Support or the 12 IPS elements.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Aviation, Engineering Technology, or a related field

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
