Responsibilities

The Applebee's BoH Team Member is an energetic team player who understands the essentials of restaurant kitchen maintenance or is willing to learn. Working various shifts, you will clean and manage the kitchen space to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive work environment for all team members. Being reliable and taking a positive approach to tackling physical tasks, such as dishwashing, is critical. 


Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
  • Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
  • Use ladders occasionally
  • Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walkin coolers/freezers
  • Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
