Client Support Manager - Retirement Plan Services
Are you detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in supporting retirement plan clients? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our Retirement Plan Services (RPS) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for daily transaction activity and high-touch client support working collaboratively to ensure accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience.
How You'll Contribute
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients through regular, professional communication aligned with the Bank's Culture of Excellence.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client questions, requests, and concerns, both written and verbal, partnering with colleagues across departments as needed.
  • Assist with retirement plan account set-ups, conversions, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Process daily transactions for RPS accounts, including payroll contributions, participant distributions (recurring and one-time), and loan requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Perform reconciliations between outside investment manager statements and internal trust asset records.
  • Support client communications and provide administrative assistance for participant and client inquiries.
  • Assist with the preparation of client and participant presentations, as well as proposals for prospective clients.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for client meetings and luncheons, as directed.
  • Participate in Wealth Management committees and special projects, as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's coursework or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role supporting client service professionals
  • Direct experience with employee retirement plans preferred
