Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What we're looking for: Someone to perform multiple daily support functions, including report reviews and other tasks as assigned. Someone to provide support to branch staff with New Account tasks on an as-needed basis.

What you'll do:
  • Provide essential phone and email support for branch CSRs and Retail Coordinators on day-to-day tasks (i.e. new account opening, general branch New Account questions, escalating requests as needed).
  • Provide support and assistance to the Operations Support Supervisor as needed; including but not limited to accurately executing various reports, drafting procedures, assisting with training materials or presentations, and other special projects.
  • May be required to travel to different locations to assist with training needs and/or provide training support during acquisition and may require overnight travel depending upon the location of the branch or project.
What you must have:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a CSR position, supervisory position or equivalent job-specific skills and knowledge
