    1. Highly organized and able to work at an efficient and high output
    2. Knowledgeable of, or a growing knowledge of the items in their department(s)
    3. Decisive and able to quickly and efficiently evaluate merchandise quality, price, and presentation
    4. Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds

Time Requirements: 

This position will require between 35-40 hours per week depending on need and availability.


Travel Requirements:

Zero to minimal local travel is required


Position Duties

  • Excellent Customer Service
    • Greet every customer and treat them with respect, optimism and joy at all times.
    • Answer any and all questions for customers.
    • Assist with any customer needs.
    • Escalate any customer service concerns to Assistant Store Managers or Store Manager as needed.
    • Share the vision and mission of Vapor Ministries with customers.
  • Processing and Receiving
    • Quickly and efficiently sort, price and stock items in your department(s).
    • Meet daily, weekly and monthly processing goals to drive revenue generation.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of pricing, sales and goals for your department(s) and work with managers to adjust as needed based on revenue trends.
    • Willing assist in all areas whenever needed to ensure efficient store operations
  • Opening and Closing
    • Must open/close at least 1 day per week.
    • If scheduled to open or close, perform and complete the opening/closing checklist procedures
  • Housekeeping
    • Ensure a properly organized workspace during operating hours.
    • Close department processing station and leave it organized, stocked, and ready to be used the next work day.
  • Cultural Leadership
    • Drive culture formation in team members via cultural development systems
    • Drive Purpose, Mission and Values engagement with team members
    • Drive cultural accountability via regular meetings with team members
