Assignment – Tasks/Responsibilities


  • Provide technical troubleshooting related to MCC supplied air conditioning equipment and related components.
  • Identify replacement service parts for Customers.
  • Provide technical literature to Customers both external as well as internal.
  • Assist internal Customer Support Representatives with equipment identification and specific parts request.
  • Assist Warranty Administrator with evaluation of proper procedures related to submitted claims.
  • Assist MCC Field Service Representatives as necessary.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as required.



Mandate/Authorities


  • Provide technical documentation and troubleshooting assistance to Customers in a manner consistent with company policies and values.


Competence requirements


  • 2 year technical degree in refrigeration or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics/diagrams.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs
  • Experience with MRP databases
  • Strong communication skills
  • 608 (Type II) and 609 Refrigerant Certifications preferred
