ARS is seeking a Senior Contracting Support Manager (Top Secret) to work onsite at Hanscom AFB. Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Contracting Support Manager to support the Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ) onsite at Hanscom AFB. This division focuses on leading edge, advanced technology solutions for the warfighter's needs in areas such as electronic and cyber warfare. AFLCMC/HNJ is organized into four branches and the Hanscom Collaboration and Innovation Center (HCIC). This role requires employees to pass background screening for SAP.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support price/cost evaluation activities.
  • The Contractor shall not participate in any negotiations.
  • Perform contract closeโ€‘out activities.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data.
  • Support clerical, administrative, and office operations.
  • Perform training associated with contract activities.
  • Identifying requirements.
  • Developing acquisition strategies.
  • Drafting requests for proposals or invitations for bids.
  • Evaluating vendor offers.
  • Administering executed contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Current/Prior experience within a DoD setting.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance required and ability to pass a background screening for SAP.
  • Bachelor's and or master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff Level Support Interface).

The expected annual salary range: $120k - $135k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
