Join our team and play a crucial role as an Operations Coordinator at our Repair Facility in Casper, WY! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to collaborate with our Global Repair Support Manager on programs aligned with our company's HSE and Quality objectives. Job Duties:
  • Provide HSE and Quality support to the facility.
  • Develop and maintain safe work procedures.
  • Manage all HSE documents, maintain the HSE Training Database, and respond to general HSE inquiries.
  • Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support HSE and Quality.
  • Manage all Quality documents.
  • Prepare applicable HSE and Quality reports as necessary.
  • Provide hands-on support in the facility.
  • Communicate with HSE and Quality departments as needed for further support.
  • Perform all other work-related tasks as assigned by the Drill Bit Repair Manager.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
  • Support local facility with database compliance and record keeping. Full-time hourly position with 15% travel.
  • Assist Drill Bit Repair Manager daily with administrative functions.
  • Data entry.
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Teams, and other computer software
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing, photocopying, and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain safety and quality data, keeping the databases up to date.
  • Maintain tracking systems as required.
  • Create monthly company safety and quality data reports; and monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
  • Maintain hazard ID tracking and monthly reports.
  • Maintain tracking system for all safety, equipment, and industry alerts
  • Physical activity will be required with the ability to be on feet for up to 8-12 hours at a time and the ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
  • Full-time hourly position with 15% travel.
  • Other duties as required

Education and Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Data Entry experience is preferred
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs
  • Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience is a bonus.
