Job Description: Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. This role ensures reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while supporting users and engineering teams in resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues Support servers, virtualization, and cloud environments Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades Analyze system performance and recommend improvements Mentor junior support staff Support incident response and root cause analysis Qualifications Bachelor"s degree preferred 4-7+ years of experience Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and troubleshooting
