Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Coordinator will support day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Production planning and scheduling
- Logistics coordination (inbound and outbound)
- Inventory tracking and job transactions
- ERP system usage and process support
This is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate incoming materials from suppliers and vendors
- Manage outbound shipments of finished goods
- Support production planning and scheduling
- Track inventory movement and ensure accuracy within ERP systems
- Maintain job tracking, reporting, and transactional accuracy
- Generate and review shipping and receiving documentation
- Partner with operations, production, and procurement teams
- Assist with forecasting, planning, and workflow improvements
- Support ongoing process development in a growing operation
Qualifications- 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP systems (transactions, inventory, planning)
- Background in production control, scheduling, or logistics coordination preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
