Job description

About Us
We are an early-stage DTC startup in the supplement and vitamin space, focused on building a high-growth, performance-driven brand. Our goal is to scale aggressively while maintaining strong unit economics - and we're looking for a media buyer who can help us build and optimize the entire acquisition engine from the ground up.The Role
We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Growth Operator who specializes in direct response marketing for DTC supplement brands and has hands-on experience managing full-funnel performance.
This role goes beyond just running ads - you will own the entire customer acquisition funnel, from ad creative and targeting to landing pages, conversion optimization, and revenue efficiency.
You should have a proven track record of scaling campaigns to $1M+ per month in spend while maintaining strict CAC targets.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management & Scaling
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Google (Search, YouTube, Display)
    • TikTok and other paid channels
  • Scale campaigns to 7-8 figures/month in spend while maintaining CAC goals
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting
Full Funnel Optimization
  • Own and optimize the entire acquisition funnel, including:
    • Ad → Landing Page → Checkout → Post-purchase flow
  • Improve conversion rates, AOV, and LTV
  • Identify and fix drop-offs across the funnel
Direct Response & Creative Strategy
  • Collaborate with or lead creative strategy:
    • Ad angles, hooks, messaging, and offers
    • UGC, VSLs, advertorials, and native-style creatives
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives based on performance data
Data & Performance
  • Monitor and optimize core KPIs:
    • CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV
  • Build structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, funnels)
  • Use attribution tools to guide decision-making
Growth Strategy
  • Identify new scaling opportunities (channels, audiences, offers)
  • Work closely with founders to define growth roadmap
  • Help build systems and processes for scalable acquisition
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid media for DTC supplement or vitamin brands
  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns to $1M+/month in ad spend
  • Strong ability to maintain or improve CAC while scaling
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology
  • Experience optimizing full funnels, not just ads
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Advertorial funnels
    • VSL funnels
    • Offer testing (bundles, upsells, subscriptions)
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a startup environment (fast, scrappy, ownership-heavy)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in subscription-based supplement businesses
  • CRO experience (landing pages, checkout optimization)
  • Experience working closely with creative teams or managing them
  • Knowledge of compliance in the supplement/health space
Compensation
  • Competitive base + performance-based bonuses tied to CAC and revenue goals
  • Flexible structure (salary, contractor, or performance-heavy comp)
  • Potential for long-term upside with the company
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage - Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid sick and mental health days
  • Tuition Reimbursement - Receive support for continued education with tuition expense reimbursement up to eligible limits
  • Growth & Development - Unlock professional growth through mentorship, ongoing learning opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based raises
Who You Are
  • You think in terms of profit and unit economics, not vanity metrics
  • You've scaled aggressively before and know what breaks at scale
  • You understand that ads + funnel + offer = growth
  • You want to build something from the ground up, not just manage accounts
