Job description

Position Overview
International is currently seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!
International has an exciting opportunity for a Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Huntsville AL. The Production Maintenance Supervisor will be the primary resource for Maintenance and Repair work. This position will oversee various disciplines within the facility and maintenance team to ensure safety standards are met, maximum uptime on production equipment is achieved, initiates and audits preventative maintenance program offering solutions for long term gains and manages and trains the work force to develop the team sustainably.
Responsibilities
  • Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used if the manufacturing process.
  • Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment
  • Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures
  • Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures
  • Maintains inventory and/or spare parts
  • Schedules manufacturing activities
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of maintenance experience

OR
  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of maintenance experience

OR
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience

Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
