MFM Division Chief

SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division Chief to lead and expand its academic program in Syracuse, New York.


This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering:

  • 100% consultative MFM practice (no deliveries)
  • Influence over a 16,000+ delivery regional catchment
  • Ability to shape clinical, academic, and strategic growth alongside system leadership

Leadership Opportunity

  • Lead and grow the region's only academic MFM division
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with Department and hospital leadership
  • Expand clinical programs, research initiatives, and educational offerings
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams across Upstate and Crouse Hospital
  • Opportunity to help build a Fetal Neurosurgery program in Central New York
