Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule Options: Flexible - Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends, Live-In, and Holiday shifts available

Essential Job Duties:
  • Provide care to clients in accordance with the individualized Plan of Care developed by the supervising nurse.
  • Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises as instructed by the supervising nurse.
  • Prepare modified diets as directed by the care plan.

  • Observe and report changes in clients' vital signs, skin condition, or symptoms to the supervising nurse.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medications as instructed.
  • Perform light household tasks necessary for a safe and comfortable home environment, such as cleaning and grocery shopping.
  • Report any changes in the client's physical status promptly to the supervising nurse or agency.
  • Submit required annual compliance documents (e.g., TB questionnaire).
  • Complete 12 hours of mandatory annual compliance training as required by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
