Welcome to SunLife Organics! We'd love to have you as part of our leadership team!
We serve juices, smoothies, acai bowls and avocado toast. Join our team and love where you work! This position pays $27-28 hourly and is full time. Full time expectation is between 35-40 hours per week.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of food service management experience (required)
  • Passion for health, wellness, supplements, or fitness (preferred)
  • Leadership experience: Proven ability to manage or lead a team, with a focus on mentoring and development.
  • Positive, can-do attitude: A proactive approach to challenges and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Organized & detail-oriented: Capable of managing schedules, inventory, and various tasks without missing a beat.
  • Problem solver: Skilled at troubleshooting and finding solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Energetic & motivated: You bring enthusiasm, energy, and a positive vibe to every task and interaction.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the store in all areas of store operations, ensuring smooth daily functions.
  • Engaging with guests to provide excellent service and share the SunLife experience.
  • Learning about our products and supplements, and sharing what makes SunLife Organics special with both guests and the team.
  • Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring products are well-stocked and organized for the team.
  • Troubleshooting equipment and facility issues, and coordinating repairs to maintain a high standard of operations.
  • Being the go-to support for your team, answering questions and offering guidance to ensure everyone is set up for success.
