We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who enjoys coordinating projects, managing logistics, and working with vendors in a fast-paced environment.
No prior marketing experience is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while providing day-to-day administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team and assist with daily department operations.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and suppliers to place orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Manage shipping logistics for trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and vendor communications.
- Assist with organizing marketing materials and ensuring they arrive at the appropriate locations on schedule.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order or shipping issues.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and other support tasks as needed.
- Assist with additional department projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 1+ year of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable interacting with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Marketing experience is not required.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
Pay Range: $23-$30/hr.
