Job description

This role is not for everyone. And that is exactly the point.

At One Summit Media, we are building something special, and we need someone who wants to be part of building it. Not someone who wants to maintain it. Not someone who wants to be told what to post. Someone who wakes up thinking about strategy, goes to sleep thinking about performance, and treats every platform like a revenue channel.

The role is fast-paced and high-impact. You’ll oversee social media for 13 automotive and 2 carwash brands, along with additional businesses, while developing and executing both paid and organic campaigns. You’ll take ownership of community engagement and report performance insights to leadership—not just output. You’ll collaborate daily with videographers, graphic designers, a data analyst, and a project manager, and you’ll be expected to consistently bring forward ideas, refine them, advocate for them, and see them through week after week.

In return, you will have a real seat at the table, a team that respects your craft, and the opportunity to help build an in-house agency that is raising the bar for what impactful marketing can look like.

What You Will Own:

  • Social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across 13 brands on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Paid and organic social campaign development with a clear focus on lead generation, retargeting, and audience growth
  • Brand voice development and content calendar management aligned to the buyer journey
  • Community management and engagement across all brand profiles
  • Monthly performance reporting with actionable insights, not just vanity metrics
  • Platform trend monitoring and proactive recommendations to leadership

What We Require:

  • 5 or more years of professional social media management in a multi-brand, multi-location, or agency environment
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Opus Clip Pro
  • Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional (300-101) or Meta Certified Media Planning Professional (400-101), or the commitment to obtain certification within 90 days of start
  • A demonstrated track record of campaigns that generated measurable business outcomes

This role is right for you if: You are the kind of professional who measures success in results, not impressions. You take ownership. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and creatively bold. You are the CEO of your desk.

This role is not right for you if: You prefer to be given direction before you take action. You measure success by how full your content calendar is. You are more comfortable executing tasks than driving strategy.
